Account Creation & Security

Each user is only permitted to hold one account on the 10470 platform. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information constitutes sufficient grounds for account suspension or closure. You are responsible for keeping your profile information current at all times.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 10470 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information.

Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform.
Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
Contact customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.
Do not disclose your account information via unsolicited emails or phone calls.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

By using the 10470 platform, you agree to comply with all rules and guidelines set out herein. You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised means to access or interact with the platform.
Engaging in any action that may compromise the integrity, security, or performance of the platform.
Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or exploit system vulnerabilities in any way.
Using another person's account or sharing your account with a third party.
Distributing harmful, obscene, or unlawful content through any communication channel on the platform.
Engaging in money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity through this platform.

10470 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure, balance freezing, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

Payment & Transaction Information

All transactions on the 10470 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and belongs to them. The use of a payment method that is not your own is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action.

Deposit

Deposits are typically credited to your account balance within 1 to 15 minutes, depending on the payment method used. If your deposit has not been credited within the expected timeframe, please contact customer support with proof of transaction. 10470 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet operators.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the platform's established verification procedures. The platform reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts and daily withdrawal limits are subject to the platform's policies, which may be updated from time to time. Withdrawals may only be made to an account held in the name of the registered user.

Transaction Freeze

10470 reserves the right to freeze or withhold transactions suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity pending the completion of an investigation.

Liability Limitations, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

The 10470 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. 10470 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses from betting activity. Users acknowledge that betting carries financial risk and that all decisions are made at their own independent discretion.

Account Suspension & Closure

10470 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraud, system abuse, or activity that is harmful to the platform or its other users. Any valid balance in a closed account will be processed for withdrawal upon completion of the investigation, subject to applicable compliance requirements.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 10470 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces — is owned by or licensed to 10470. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written permission from 10470.
